Shipping Policy

This policy explains how AI Warehouse (ABN 40 466 852 258) delivers orders. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Australia only. We do not ship internationally. Some products are subject to export controls; see section 4 of our Terms of Service.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order within Australia, with tracking.

Dispatch times

• In-stock items are usually dispatched within 7 days of your order being confirmed and paid.
• Items ordered in for you have a lead time that depends on the manufacturer and our distributor. We confirm the expected lead time in your quote, before you pay.

Orders are shipped from within Australia by our Australian distributor. An order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel. We email tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Delivery times after dispatch depend on your location and the courier. Any delivery time we give is an estimate. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control, but we will help you chase a late delivery and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Your delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct and that someone can receive the parcel. If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was wrong or delivery could not be completed, we may charge the reasonable cost of sending it again.

When it arrives

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours if you can and keep all packaging. See our Refund Policy for what happens next.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
